Privacy Policy

We use browser storage to save your runs, daily history, highscores, language, theme and privacy choices. If you sign in, we also store your sign-in session and account data needed for cloud features.

Local saves stay in this browser until you clear site data. Clearing them may remove progress that has not synced. Account data includes your email, profile preferences and completed results. You can export or delete your account data from Your account; deletion also clears its cache in this browser.

Optional accounts use Supabase for authentication and cloud storage. When you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your email address and basic profile information to authenticate your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or contacts. Hosting is provided by Vercel. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. For account data export or deletion, use Your account in the game. For privacy questions or help with a data request, email support@spellcrypt.today.

When enabled, Google Analytics measures game starts, results, sharing and sign-in activity to help us improve Spellcrypt. We do not include your guesses, answers, email or account ID in these events. Google may process cookie identifiers and device or network information.

When enabled, Google AdSense and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and personalize ads and limit how often you see them. Regional consent settings may also apply.

Changes to the checkboxes are saved immediately. Reopen Privacy & consent in the footer to change your choices or turn either category off. Turning a category off stops future optional use; it does not delete data already collected.
